The Carolan Harp

The Carolan Harp was definitely in the Museum of the Royal Irish Academy by 1881. My research indicates it was purchased by the RIA in April 1847.

The harp was transferred from the RIA to the National Museum of Ireland. It is now in the National Museum of Ireland and has the accession number NMI DF:1945-122
