antique Trinity harp PC

The Trinity College Harp, antique photo postcard. This is a real photo so the detail is amazing, showing the harp before its heavy restoration and varnishing in the 1960s. The back is written on, and postmarked 1959 from Ireland to California. In a clear protective sleeve. Also available: another copy, unwritten and unused.

Trinity College harp

The Trinity College Harp, antique colour postcard. Showing the harp lying on its back in the Long Room, in a glass display case covered with a curtain. This is an interesting old card for showing how the harp used to be displayed. I would guess that this is an early 20th century card. The back says "Post Card / Valentine Dublin" and there is a band of discolouration running along the bottom of the back - does not affect the front at all.

antique Egan harp PC

The Dublin Harp, antique postcard showing 2 views of a large Egan wire strung 'Society' harp of the early 19th century. The card probably dates from the early 20th century. In a clear protective sleeve.
